The Heart 4 Harlow Festival Photographic Exhibition 1st - 29th May 2018
You are invited to display your creative talents at the Annual Heart 4 Harlow Photographic Exhibition, the theme this year is 'Better Together'.
Last year's exhibition was a huge success and we are hoping to achieve the same for 2018.
