H4H Community Awards Awards

Postponement of Heart 4 Harlow Community Awards Celebration

We are sad to confirm that we have decided to postpone the Heart 4 Harlow Awards Celebration due to the current uncertainty around the COVID 19 pandemic.  This statment has been issued.

The Heart 4 Harlow Community Awards are intended to further develop a culture of appreciation in Harlow for the people and organisations who make a real difference to everyday life in our town.

Building on the legacy of the Heart 4 Harlow Awards established by Robert Findlay, the former Town Chaplain, these awards combine an Annual Awards process with ad-hoc Spontaneous Awards (made by any of the five Heart 4 Harlow Core Groups).

Nominations can be made for the Annual Awards any time from April to November and details of the nominations will be published on this site. Please note that multiple nominations for the same person or orginisation will not automaticaly increase their chances of winning.

In December, the Core Groups will decide on a winner and runner up for each category and these awards will be presented at an event in January.

Nominations                               Nominations for 2021 are now closed

A shortlist of four nominees for each category will be selected and published in the first week of January.  These will all be our special guests at the Award Celebration - date to be confirmed, where the winner and runner up for each category will be announced.  We do hope you can join us – booking details to follow in due course.

You can nominate an individual or a whole organisation for an award by completing the nomination form. (From 1st April)  As well as providing details of the person or organisation you are nominating and your own contact details, you will need to provide and explanation about why they deserve an award, in no more than 250 words.
