Leadership

Heart 4 Harlow is led by a committed team of trustees drawn from churches across the town. Each trustee brings their own gifts and experience, united by a shared conviction that Harlow's churches are better together.

Governance

Heart 4 Harlow is a registered charity, committed to operating with transparency, accountability and integrity.

Our trustees hold legal and financial oversight of the organisation. Each of our five ministry streams has a named volunteer lead, and the trustees receive regular updates to ensure our activities remain aligned with our vision and values.

We conduct an annual strategic review to assess our progress, steward our resources well and plan ahead faithfully.
